Equip athletes and their families with clear, digestible information on NIL topics like what to look for in a contract, how to handle group licensing, and what rights they’re granting when they sign. 

Monitor and apply the latest NCAA rules and state-specific NIL laws to ensure every deal stays compliant. This includes identifying impermissible incentives, maintaining amateur status, and avoiding conflicts with team or university contracts.

Support athletes in understanding and protecting their personal brand. Provide guidance on how their name, image, and likeness may be used, and ensure contracts don’t  limit future opportunities.

Coordinate with university legal and  compliance departments to meet all reporting and disclosure requirements. Help athletes submit contracts on time, and manage communication to avoid delays or eligibility issues.
